  I came in to your store today Sunday May 6th at approx 3pm to purchase a pint of milk and was subjected to unnecessary and insolent behaviour from the gentleman working the far end check out regarding my impatience vis a vis his total failure to pay attention to what he is doing i.e including my pint of milk as being part of the purchases the customer in front of me was making ,when there was a clear gap between my item and the previous customer.The conveyor belt was not working. I shook my head at this and was subjected to sarcastic backchat. I am afraid I did not catch his name. Please note I have been coming in to your store since it opened about 3 years ago and found your staff courteous and helpful. However, will NOT be entering your store or any other Morrisons store again and I will be advising anyone who asks about your organisation to follow suit. I am a tolerant individual and do not complain lightly but I will not put up with your personnel giving me smartarse attitude in this way. Mr R .A. James
